■Scope of Warranty

A. Conditions for receiving a free replacement with a new product within 90 days of the purchase date:

1. Free replacement with a new product: Within 90 days after placing the order (the delivery time is included).

2. Conditions for a free replacement: Damages caused by factors unrelated to human action under normal usage, which have been deemed a quality issue.

3. Non-replaceable conditions: (1) natural grain; and (2) Scars produced during the animal’s growth process and bites from insects, etc., which are considered natural markings of leather products and cannot be regarded as defects or used as grounds for a replacement.

B. Conditions for receiving a free repair within 90 days of the purchase date:

1. Free replacement with components: Metal buckle and stitching.

2. Defects caused by potential quality issues of the product, such as peeling of edge paint, separation of the leather surface from the adhesive, and so on, will be eligible for free repair.

3. Damage to the leather or edge paint caused by human factors, such as cracking, wear, or staining, is not covered under the free warranty (a repair quotation will be provided).
